Good Morning!
The sun is rising here on a BRAND NEW DAY!
Unlike needles and pins darts penetrate and can pierce spiritually into the heart, spirit and life of even a fully committed Christian believer. Darts are usually powered by deception. That’s why even loved ones or folks close can fire darts of misunderstanding, even jealousy, unkindness or negativity instead of encouragement.
I’m surely not going to focus on the deception or ungodly source of darts which have this power to wound.
This day we can determine to dodge and deal with them. (make sure first your heart is pure and clean. ie You, yourself are not fuelled by unrest and /bitterness – ask for forgiveness – accept and receive it!)
There is a suit of ARMOUR provided for all Christian believers and this could be expressed powerfully. It is TRUTH certainly in my personal life. It is a GOD TRUTH. Read Ephesians 6 – Put on the whole armour of God!
However here, I’m going to make a simple morning encouragement statement.
If you know your IDENTITY and are confident in who you are ie WHO is the SOURCE of your identity.……..Then you should live THIS DAY from that perspective.
Beam MORE…….LIGHT…….Beam more….TRUTH…..BEAM more HOPE Where there is darkness bring BLAZING LIGHT.
Where there is ugliness or even sorrow be the CARRIER OF BEAUTY.
I am in no way belittling or ignoring the sorrow and pain that darts in life inflict.(there are chinks sometimes in armour).
I am simply suggesting in this day – BE A BLAZING LIGHT WHEREEVER YOU ARE. (In whatever circumstances).
When the airwaves hum and the newscasters tell us the latest. We can listen, relate, stop, pray but then…………..
BE A LIGHT OF HOPE IN A DARK WORLD
Have a blazingly beautiful day ——even if its raining.
Good morning!
Darts usually powered by deception. Very true. 2 Cor. 11:13-15 “…even Satan masquerades an an angel of light…” But he can be exposed by Truth, the Word of God, sharper than any two edged sword. I enjoyed your pins and needles yesterday and was anxious to see what you were doing with the darts. Great analogy.
