Good morning – a mid-week thought
Take a moment to stop and think. Is my perspective for today doing what is beneficial – not always necessary but positive, restorative (to personal health and well-being or for the happiness and well-being of someone else)?
We don’t have to sit with a human skull on a shelf in front of us – like some folks did in ancient times- to remind us the journey of life is fleeting. We occasionally need to stop and assess. Is what I am doing as important as I believe and should I be having more space to simply BE.
Life is a wonderful journey but like mist can soon slip away.
