Good Morning!
Think on this challenge and the possibilities.
Yesterday, David and I attended a thanksgiving Service for Grandparents at a school. This event has impacted us with the certainty that Christian believers must be MORE than they ever have been before.
They must KNOW Who their God revealed in Christ IS and who they are now ‘Born Again’ into His Likeness.
Our God is DIVINE LOVE! Our GOD is SPIRIT.
Resurrection from death changed the spiritual cosmos.
For the next generation …….children, grandchildren or even folks around us our story must be MORE than a bland heritage.
RESURRECTION LIFE has power and dynamic HOPE.
ETERNITY is not a wiffy-concept!
We must stand fast for the young ones whose minds are being shaped by conflicting and diverse concepts.
We, who have certainty of our TRUTH must STAND.
JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!
Think about this but more than anything question ……..What is the FULL POTENTIAL of a RESURRECTION LIFE?

I m a wife, mother and grandmother. I have always enjoyed writing even from an early age. My book Beyond the Ashes has been written as a labour of love. All the characters are real to me and their story needed to be told. As a Christian my desire is to write General Fiction stories about real people but Hope and a desire for 'better' will always be part of the journey. I realized as I was thinking today (30/01/15) that perhaps I should add here that I have had life experiences of many valley times but also many mountain top experiences. I can understand and be beside anyone who finds their life in tatters because I have 'been' there. Of course as I have got older as well there have been the added sorrows of losing not only older family members but also one by one finding the dearest of friends and the ones of greatest support and care also dying. On the site of rich mountains has been my certainty of the value of marriage and how grateful I am that after loss and sadness I made a happy and long-lasting marriage commitment. The one who was my best friend back then is still my best friend 45 years later. Beyond the Ashes touches upon the POWER of LOVE when folk can forget about their own personal 'feelings' and reach out in LOVE to a desperate and broken person.

Thank you Faye. I work in a public middle school and it’s difficult to see and deal so much of the cultural fall-out that our children are experiencing on a daily basis that is normalcy for them. I’m thinking this cannot be properly addressed without prayer.

All of creation is travailing waiting for the sons and daughters of God to rise up with the power Jesus died to bless us with! The power to raise the dead! And if now isn’t the time, then I have never known a better time. I work in public Elementary. Prayer and the power to know Who we are and move in that power. Quiet force of prayer up and down the hallways. Encouragement and a word in “season” over their little broken lives. Yes, it is time to stand in the gap…one child, one prayer at a time.
