DID HE REALLY? Seeking your own answers

The reason for this blogging site was never to be ‘preachy’.  Its intention was to ‘connect’ and hopefully learn and grow myself and perhaps encourage others on the way.

The following statement from Billy Graham (a few years ago) was resounding in my mind as I woke up today and I feel I should put it ‘out’ there not for folks who are committed Christian believers but perhaps for those who may be encouraged by the challenge.

Good Morning!

PEACE be in your day!

Billy Graham once said…….’If I am wrong then in this life it doesn’t matter because I will live  life to its fullest with all the life forces of Love, Joy, Peace, Hope and Strength that faith has given me.    If I am wrong and that is all there is then I will be dead and that’s it. But, if my faith is TRUTH then the possibilities are extraordinary and quite wonderful.  Either way I am a winner.  I believe in living this life with the passion and energy of Faith in LOVE incarnate.

Do you believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead?      Personally I passionately do.

Have you ever thought about it?    What could it mean for you in ‘life-changing’ implications?  Did He also say ‘Follow Me!’?

Anyway, you can CHOOSE to be an example of what can be the best in this life and live it for yourself and others.

Brilliantly shine Light into a struggling and desperate world.

About Faye

I m a wife, mother and grandmother. I have always enjoyed writing even from an early age. My book Beyond the Ashes has been written as a labour of love. All the characters are real to me and their story needed to be told. As a Christian my desire is to write General Fiction stories about real people but Hope and a desire for 'better' will always be part of the journey. I have had several short stories published over the years and moderate success in writing competitions. I realized as I was thinking today (30/01/15) that perhaps I should add here that I have had life experiences of many valley times but also many mountain top experiences. I can understand and be beside anyone who finds their life in tatters because I have 'been' there. Of course as I have got older as well there have been the added sorrows of losing not only older family members but also one by one finding the dearest of friends and the ones of greatest support and care also dying. On the site of rich mountains has been my certainty of the value of marriage and how grateful I am that after loss and sadness I made a happy and long-lasting marriage commitment. The one who was my best friend back then is still my best friend 45 years later. Beyond the Ashes touches upon the POWER of LOVE when folk can forget about their own personal 'feelings' and reach out in LOVE to a desperate and broken person.

Thanks, Faye, for sharing this ever-on-time message. It is hard to conceive of anyone turning down the opportunities given to Christians for this life and the next.
