Something to think about.
The Dictionary definition for ‘A fire in the Belly’ denotes a passion, a life defining passion for ‘something’ ie money, fame, sport, etc etc, or for a person – a mate, family, child.
A ‘fire in the belly’ can carry a life beyond the external circumstances onwards without any loss of impetus.
All ‘fire’ for evil – ‘temporary’ deceptive or man-fuelled ideologies will never last. All ambitions for fame, fortune, self-fulfillment last but a season.
Only LOVE is ETERNAL.
Divine pure LOVE poured out from the HIGHEST SOURCE brings with it an inextinguishable ‘FIRE’ for God and for ALL PEOPLE.(not just the ones who think or act like us)
This is an eternal and truly life-changing FIRE IN THE BELLY.

I m a wife, mother and grandmother. I have always enjoyed writing even from an early age. My book Beyond the Ashes has been written as a labour of love. All the characters are real to me and their story needed to be told. As a Christian my desire is to write General Fiction stories about real people but Hope and a desire for 'better' will always be part of the journey. I realized as I was thinking today (30/01/15) that perhaps I should add here that I have had life experiences of many valley times but also many mountain top experiences. I can understand and be beside anyone who finds their life in tatters because I have 'been' there. Of course as I have got older as well there have been the added sorrows of losing not only older family members but also one by one finding the dearest of friends and the ones of greatest support and care also dying. On the site of rich mountains has been my certainty of the value of marriage and how grateful I am that after loss and sadness I made a happy and long-lasting marriage commitment. The one who was my best friend back then is still my best friend 45 years later. Beyond the Ashes touches upon the POWER of LOVE when folk can forget about their own personal 'feelings' and reach out in LOVE to a desperate and broken person.

I find it hard to remember a time when i have had a ‘fire in my belly’… but i have had many many smokey smolderings that never fully ignited. I tend to have mostly moderated passions, not highly inflammable ones! 😉 There are several reasons for this i won’t detail now. 🙂
I noticed a tiny error in your post. You said: man-fuelled ideologies will ever last.
I presume you mean: will Never last?
Also i notice your posts have been ‘uncategorised’? If you select ‘Categories and Tags’ when writing your posts ( before you hit Publish) and add relevant key words your post concerns, more people will be able to notice your posts in WordPress and you will gain more readers and followers with similar interests. I have noticed two words you can use as tags or categories such as Beauty and Photography bring me the most new viewers to my blog.
WordPress has a lot of help concerning how to improve your blog and asking fellow bloggers can be a good way to grow your blog also. Many bloggers offer good advice in their posts on how to use WordPress better or just on how to reach more people with your blog.
