These are the gifts we can pray will be found in families who gather in a Celebration by coming together, I today give thanks as I light a Christmas Candle thanking God for LOVE He has given us to enjoy from the perspective of our humanity. Love for animals and their love for us.Love for one another. Thank You.

Thank You Lord that we can have Hope, Peace Joy and love here on earth. May all who desire to love and to be a blessing to others this CHRISTMAS, find Peace in You. A-Men.
BUT, I am reminded as I light this candle that it is in remembrance that DIVINE LOVE came as an infant and He is the REASON FOR CHRISTMAS,
Unless all the candles in life which are capable of being shared one with another are ignited and sustained by DIVINE LIGHT all other candle lights can be blown. Out.
Accepting the Christmas Gift and letting this DIVINE LOVE and LIGHT OF THE WORLD lead us and keep us on His Path of SALVATION in Him, ( won at the Cross ) we would never be able to STAND in our modern world.
Beacons of Hope for others.
Let your love light shine. It cannot be extinguished if Divine Love lives in you.
waiting now for Christmas REMEMBRANCE of the BIRTHDAY of DIVINE LOVE
I m a wife, mother and grandmother. I have always enjoyed writing even from an early age. My book Beyond the Ashes has been written as a labour of love. All the characters are real to me and their story needed to be told. As a Christian my desire is to write General Fiction stories about real people but Hope and a desire for 'better' will always be part of the journey. I have had several short stories published over the years and moderate success in writing competitions.
I realized as I was thinking today (30/01/15) that perhaps I should add here that I have had life experiences of many valley times but also many mountain top experiences. I can understand and be beside anyone who finds their life in tatters because I have 'been' there. Of course as I have got older as well there have been the added sorrows of losing not only older family members but also one by one finding the dearest of friends and the ones of greatest support and care also dying. On the site of rich mountains has been my certainty of the value of marriage and how grateful I am that after loss and sadness I made a happy and long-lasting marriage commitment. The one who was my best friend back then is still my best friend 45 years later. Beyond the Ashes touches upon the POWER of LOVE when folk can forget about their own personal 'feelings' and reach out in LOVE to a desperate and broken person.
I have a vigil candle which remains lit everyday in my prayer space. It is a 7 day vigil candle that I replace each week. Rest assured that this Christmas week, as I light one anew, I shall give great thanksgiving for you dear Faye! And all the many blessings your words have brought into my heart this year. Tender hugs today and always!
