WHAT diffuses the Christ-Light in Christ’s followers – His BRIGHTNESS of HOPE?

What diffuses light in the natural world?

A diffuser is a screen between the light source and the space being lit. As the light enters the diffusing material the light beams are scattered resulting in a softer edged and widely distributed light.

Jesus Christ said John 8:12. I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. THOSE WHO FOLLOW ME WILL NEVER WALK IN DARKNESS.

Paul reminded the Ephesians in his letter to Ephesus

Ephs.5;:8 you were once darkness now you are light in the LORD..

WALK AS CHILDREN OF LIGHT.

In the candle image above an ordinary candle can be snuffed out but this image was designed to reflect the blazing light reflecting from the cross it represents.

In the natural world all natural things can be watered down or diffused but nothing can destroy the eternity accomplished by the shed blood at Calvary..

We wear sunglasses, Put lampshades over our lights. Blow our all candles.

We know strong light can be damaging to our eyes and mortal lives or fire can destroy from naked light sources. all the material things.

But, THE ETERNAL LIGHT CANNLOT BE EXTINGUISED.

That is why as Children of the LIGHT in Christ we must walk on,,,,,,,shining brilliantly so others in the dark can clearly see.

What diffuses thst Light of Jesus Christ within His Followers???

The devil is not a creator only an imitatotor

Deception is the devil’s greatest ploy. What everv pleases or makes mankind happy always distracts or dilutes God’s Divine Plan.

This happens when we have not ‘died to self’ Surrendered to Christ All that in this life we are not meant to carry. wants, hurts, frights, cultural issues and even our anguished prayers for heartbreaking situations.

We are called to Pick up His cross and walk on onwards

. If we have prayed are anchored in HIS WORD and aware of His Presence in us then we can be A LIGHT for CHFRIST and soar like a bird in His SPIRIT in our abundant life knowing with certainty HE IS LORD OF ALL.

I m a wife, mother and grandmother. I have always enjoyed writing even from an early age. My book Beyond the Ashes has been written as a labour of love. All the characters are real to me and their story needed to be told. As a Christian my desire is to write General Fiction stories about real people but Hope and a desire for 'better' will always be part of the journey. I have had several short stories published over the years and moderate success in writing competitions. I realized as I was thinking today (30/01/15) that perhaps I should add here that I have had life experiences of many valley times but also many mountain top experiences. I can understand and be beside anyone who finds their life in tatters because I have 'been' there. Of course as I have got older as well there have been the added sorrows of losing not only older family members but also one by one finding the dearest of friends and the ones of greatest support and care also dying. On the site of rich mountains has been my certainty of the value of marriage and how grateful I am that after loss and sadness I made a happy and long-lasting marriage commitment. The one who was my best friend back then is still my best friend 45 years later. Beyond the Ashes touches upon the POWER of LOVE when folk can forget about their own personal 'feelings' and reach out in LOVE to a desperate and broken person.
